Chief Super Market was founded in 1951 with a desire to be a community leader; standing for honesty, integrity and fairness.

Chief Super Market is a solid community citizen. Our Chief associates work hard to make the communities where stores are located, excellent places. Chief offers the Good Neighbor and Community Cash Programs, where local organizations can receive donations just by shopping our stores. In addition to giving to hundreds of local projects, Chief annually supports seven organizations in company wide campaigns: American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Boy Scouts of America - Scouting for Food Drive, West Ohio Food Bank Check Out for Hunger, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Neighbors in Need, Christmas for Kids and Toys for Tots.
